Job Summary:

 

Under general supervision, responsible for supporting continuous improvement for all Information Technology change management processes enabling effective organizational change by identifying, analyzing, and facilitating changes in business processes and software application functionality on projects supporting strategic objectives.

Work Schedule:  Remote with on-site meetings when required. 

Job Duties:

 

 

  1. Collaborates with project teams to identify and analyze impact of change in business processes and technology within affected organizations.

  2. Monitors the implementation of change management and ensures that the disruption of normal business operations is minimized.

  3. Delivers change management and communication plans designed to minimize the impact of change within the organization.

  4. Collaborates with Project Manager to ensure exit criteria are met.

  5. Facilitates or leads the development and execution of testing scenarios and/or cycles for application implementations and upgrades based on project and business processes documentation.

  6. Provides support by analyzing, maintaining, and reporting on project tasks related to testing.

  7. May serve as project lead/manager.

  8. Writes, edits, produces, and distributes communication media according to style guides to support project lifecycle with minimum guidance and identifies opportunities for improving project communications.

  9. Explores new technologies to support continual improvement of the communication, testing, and training development processes.

  10. Facilitates the documentation of changes, and collaborates with team members to develop tactical and strategic plans for communicating and implementing change.

  11. Maintains and updates communication channels including SharePoint, Web sites, blogs, and social media.

  12. Facilitates the enhancement and administration of the knowledge repository to ensure objectives and best practices of organizational change management are completed.

  13. Produces and publishes routine metrics and reports related to the communication data collected on specific projects and records, edits, manages, and controls document versions.

  14. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education:

 

Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Business, Communications, Management Information Systems or related field is required.

 

Experience:

 

Three (3) years of organizational change management, training development, or testing/software quality assurance experience is required.

 

Additional Licenses and Certifications:

 

Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) and/or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is preferred.
